Why Register?

This site is especially designed to assist organisers of Clubs, Societies, Groups, to manage their membership and events. It is a flexible system enabling you to use it as your site, to promote your events to your members, and if required the wider public. It has been created by people who run societies and became aware that, even though clubs and societies do very different activities, from Concerts to Rock Climbing, and Football to Flower Arranging, all are involved in registering /managing members and promoting their events.
Once registered an Organisation can:-
- Keep track of all its members
- Create different classes of members eg Patrons/Friends/Gold/Silver..whatever you choose.
- Create and allocate members to any number of groupings within your organisation eg Committee members, Stewards, First Division etc .. whatever groupings are relevant to your organisation.
- Communicate via email or printouts to any combination of your membership. eg promotional mailshots to all your members, or just minutes of meetings to Committee members. Print Labels to any groupings if required for mailings etc.
- Make your organisation Public or Private. eg a music club may well put on public events, whereas a Rotary Club would only want to involve their own members.
- Create and market events.
- Set your own ticket categories and prices. eg Centre Stalls £10, Balcony £15. Give discounts to the different types of members you have created.
- Enable your members to buy tickets on-line. By default tictec.co.uk uses PayPal enabling you to easily register your organisation and then collect monies securely on-line. If required, payments can be made by cheque.
- Optionally upload seating plans, and Points of View pictures, to enable customers to pre-view the stage etc from a particular seat
- Print a doorlist of tickets sold.
- Vew the value and quantity of tickets sold.
